WESTERN PROVINCE

Running
Training sessions for runners are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 17:30 for 17:45 and 05:15 at the club's training facilities (PP Smit Sports Grounds, Durban Road). The group trains under the guidance of coach, Elvin van Zyl. Runners split into a fast, medium and slow group and the group's respective pace, time and distance is determined by the coach.


Pack runs for runners take place on Saturdays and Sundays.

Cycling
Club training rides take place on Saturdays. The group departs early morning from Tygervalley Virgin Active. If you are interested in joining the club rides, please send your e-mail address to Pieter on nbmc.cycling@gmail.com. He will, on a weekly basis, send out a note to this group to confirm the plans for the weekend.

Triathlon
The club's triathlon captain, Damian Jones, co-ordinates the activities of the triathlon training group and flow of information. Damian's e-mail address is: nbmctriathlon@gmail.com

Trail running

Canoeing
Time trials are held at the Tyger Waterfront on Tuesdays 7:45.

EDEN
Weekly 5km running time trials are held every Wednesday from Eden Adventures, Wilderness National Park. Since there is no artificial lighting along the route, starting times change during the year, presently 17:00 for the winter months.
